Result of General Meeting

On 11 March 2024, Sondrel announced that it had posted a Circular to shareholders containing a notice of General Meeting. The General Meeting was called to obtain shareholder approval to grant allotment authorities sufficient to allow the Company to implement any further convertible loan notes from ROX Equity Partners Limited and also to carry out the Proposed Fundraise.

The Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held today both of the resolutions, as set out in the Circular dated 8 March 2024, were duly passed on a poll as follows.
