Sondrel (AIM: SND), a leading provider of ultra-complex chips for leading global technology brands, announces that on 19 April 2024, David Mitchard, Interim CEO, purchased 554,138 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.60 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, David Mitchard is beneficially interested in 554,138 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.63 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Furthermore, on 19 April 2024 Nick Stone, Interim CFO, purchased 140,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 3.50 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Nick Stone is beneficially interested in 140,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
